Democrat Brad Schneider Files Petition of Candidacy for Illinois’s 10th Congressional District
Schneider collects an impressive 3,300 signatures to qualify
Deerfield, IL – Today, Democrat Brad Schneider filed his paperwork with the Illinois State Board of Elections as a Democratic candidate for the 10th Congressional District. Schneider collected 3,297 signatures from residents throughout the district, more than quadruple the 788 signatures required.
“I am incredibly grateful to have the support of so many voters who want a leader in Washington who will fight for our Democratic values – from strengthening our economy, to protecting our environment, to defending a woman’s right to choose, and demanding commonsense gun legislation,” said Schneider. “I look forward to returning to Washington to get to work on the issues that matter.”
